Bridgewater, NJ - March 2, 2007 - MAQUET Critical Care announces that they have received FDA 510(k) clearance for an upgrade of its SERVO-i Ventilator System for conditional use in the magnetic resonance (MR) environment. The SERVO-i ventilator is intended for treatment and monitoring of all patients—neonatal, pediatric and adults—who require mechanical ventilation.
Solna, Sweden - March 26, 2007 - MAQUET Critical Care today announced it has received 510(K) clearance by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market the company’s new SERVO-i MR Environment Option for use in the Magnetic Resonance (MR) environment. SERVO-i with the MR option greatly enhances patient care as it provides the same outstanding performance in the ICU as during transport and MR examinations.
Solna, Sweden - March 15, 2007 - MAQUET Critical Care today announced that it has received 510(K) clearance by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market the company’s SERVO-i ventilator with the NAVA (Neurally Adjusted Ventilatory Assist) option. NAVA is a new approach to mechanical ventilation which allows the patient’s respiratory center to control the ventilator, thereby improving synchrony between patient and ventilator.
