The following service agreement options are offered in the United States. Consult with the MAQUET representative in your local market outside the United States for specific needs. The basis and success of a service agreement starts with the agreement's foundation. The foundation includes the following options, which you the customer build upon to satisfy your needs and budget.
Preventive Maintenance Visits: During preventive maintenance visits all covered equipment will undergo operational and functional inspection along with field calibration. All covered equipment is checked for patient safety and a record of services performed is provided to the customer.
Performance Safety Inspection Visit: During performance safety inspection visits all covered equipment will undergo operational and functional inspection. All covered equipment is checked for patient safety and a record of service performed is provided to the customer.
Service Calls: The number of service calls can be limited or unlimited dependent upon the facilities needs. All labor, travel and parts (excluding consumable items) can be covered depending on the agreement selected.
Extended Warranty: MAQUET offers an extended warranty on all its products at point of sale. Customers can procure an extended warranty from MAQUET anytime during the first 6 months of acquisition of new equipment.
