Cardiac Assist's Clinical Support Services group is unsurpassed in providing direct customer and distributor assistance for emergency and non-emergency situations. Person-to-person, 24-hour, support is available for most countries. Our clinical support specialists, equipped with PC-IABP software, have the capability to look at your System 98, 98xt, CS100, CS100i, and CS300 from a remote location and provide clinical assistance from almost anywhere.
In addition, we provide quality educational programs and resources on the theory and practice of IABP therapy. Working with the primary educator in a given institution, we endeavor to strengthen awareness about indications for usage, product utilization, potential complications, and high quality patient management.
